“ This Georgetown home is in almost new condition and was so well appointed with unexpected extra touches such as: New full bag of charcoal for the grill with lighter fluid, ample paper towels and toilet tissue, case of water, dishwaser packets included, hand soap dispensors (filled), Shower wash & shampoo, 1 duraflame log, beach chairs (which I requested) & towels, Roku TV, etc. The garage along with remote opener was most appreciated. I hooked up my laptop to the included monitor with supplied cables and worked great. Beds very comfortable…… “
